From controlled organic cultivation: apple, hibiscus, ginger 20%, strawberries 8%.
Application
For cold brew prepare 1 tea bag in 2.5 dl or 4 tea bags in 1 l of lukewarm water (15–20 °C) and let steep for 30–45 minutes. Alternatively the tea can be steeped cold and consumed immediately. Fresh strawberry slices or a few lemon balm leaves are suggested to refine appearance and taste.
