Usage
Pour the filter bag into a cup with 200 ml of boiling water and let steep for 5 – 8 minutes. Then remove the filter bag. It is recommended to drink 2 – 3 cups throughout the day. For best results, complementary mindfulness and breathing exercises can be performed.
