Usage
To apply, follow these steps: First, remove contact lenses and clean the eye area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Makeup Remover. Apply RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream and use eyelash pads or silicone pads for optimal coverage. Mix 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant to create a creamy paste. Apply this paste evenly to the eyelashes and let the color sit for 10 minutes. After the exposure time, remove with clear water and cotton pads. For first-time application, conduct a skin compatibility test.
