Ingredients

Organic Sucrose*, gelling agent: pectin (not amidated), acidifier: tartaric acid, firming agent: calcium citrate. *from organic production. 82% of agricultural ingredients are from organic farming.

Usage

For usage, boil 1 kg of fruit with 40 ml of water until the fruit is tender. Add 30-50g of Gelimo slowly towards the end of cooking, depending on the fruit's gelling power. Stir well and boil for one minute. Then, slowly add 900g of sugar.
