Usage
Weight Reduction: Take 2 tablets twice daily with 2 main meals.
Weight Control: Take 1 tablet twice daily with 2 main meals. The tablets should be swallowed whole with at least 250 ml of liquid. A daily fluid intake of at least 2 liters is recommended.
