Ingredients
Organic sugar (CH/DE)*, gelling agent: apple pectin E440, acidifying agent: tartaric acid E334, calcium citrate E333. *from organic production. 70% of agricultural ingredients are from organic farming.
Usage
Recipe for Jam: Cook 1 kg of fruit (+ optionally 40 ml of water or fruit juice) until tender. Add 20 - 50 g of Biofarm UNIGEL, stir well and boil for one minute. Then, slowly add 0-900 g of sugar in small portions. Bring to a boil and cook for at least one minute. Fill pre-warmed jars to the rim, close the jar, and turn it upside down for one minute.
