Usage
Take 1 teaspoon (about 4 g) 3 times a day, stirring it into 100-250 ml of liquid or semi-liquid foods immediately before consumption, preferably before or during meals. Make sure to take the product with sufficient liquid to achieve an effective action.
Notes
