Application
For the basic recipe for 4 servings, finely chop an onion and sauté it in 2 tablespoons of Biofarm olive oil. Briefly sauté 250g of spelt risotto, add 7.5dl of vegetable broth and cook for about 15 minutes. Then let it swell covered for 10 minutes.
