Returns
1. Returns must be sent to the following address:

8590 Romanshorn (Please always include the order number when returning items)2. Only items that do not carry a "Non-returnable" notice in the shop or on the invoice may be returned by the buyer.
3. Non-returnable items are excluded from return due to hygienic, legal, or logistical reasons. In particular, but not exclusively, these are:
- Food and beverages
- Medicines and dietary supplements or other therapeutic products
- Hygienically sensitive items
- Baby products
- Items ordered by the buyer directly from the manufacturer
4. A return period of 14 days applies.
5. The return period starts from the delivery of the item. For the return, the date of the postmark on the returned item is decisive.
6. Properly returned items must meet the following requirements when they reach the seller's returns department:
- unopened
- undamaged
- unsealed
- clean
- free of inscriptions or markings
- in original packaging
7. Effort and costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
8. If the return is not carried out properly, the seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the return. In this case, there is no entitlement to a repeated, free shipment of the improperly returned items.
9. For properly returned items, the buyer will be credited with the invoiced value of the items. For the proper return of an entire order, the shipping costs of the order will also be credited. The credit will be applied to the payment method used for the order and usually takes 1 to 3 business days after posting.
10. The seller only covers the costs of returning items under the following conditions:
- incorrectly delivered items
- items not ordered
- incomplete items
- items defective upon arrival (DOA)
