Warranty Terms

1. The seller grants a warranty on items in accordance with statutory provisions, provided that the manufacturer or importer also grants a warranty on those items.

2. In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer is not entitled to a refund of the purchase price but only to a replacement of the defective item.

3. Even in the case of a warranty claim, the purchase price remains fully payable within the time frames and conditions communicated for the chosen payment methods.

4. The defective item must be sent to the manufacturer in order to receive warranty service.

5. For items that are defective upon the buyer’s receipt of the order (DOA = Dead on Arrival), the seller will cover the cost of sending the item to the manufacturer as a gesture of goodwill.

6. For defective items with a valid warranty claim that are sent to the seller, the seller will only forward the item to the manufacturer in accordance with the warranty services provided by the manufacturer.

7. Details of the warranty services can be found in the documentation supplied with the item or in further information provided by the manufacturer, and such services are determined solely by the manufacturer.
