Prices
All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss francs) and include value-added tax.

 

 

All orders are binding. We ship your order as a Priority shipment. Shipping usually takes place within 1 to 2 working days to the address you provided in Switzerland.

 

 

Payment is made at the time of order via Paypal, credit card, prepayment, Postcard, Twint or invoice. Invoices must be paid within the payment period of 10 days printed on the invoice. We reserve the right to obtain creditworthiness information.

 

 

Credit check and scoring: Pharmacies BENU SA reserves the right to obtain creditworthiness information about the customer in order to protect its own interests in the purchase process and may transmit customer data to third parties for this purpose. The personal data required for the credit check (first and last name as well as address data) is transmitted to an external credit agency. CRIF AG, Hagenholzstrasse 81, 8050 Zurich, performs an assessment of creditworthiness and credit rating based on mathematical-statistical procedures. The information obtained regarding the statistical probability of payment default flows into the decision regarding the initiation, execution or termination of the contractual relationship. The credit check is carried out in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and with special consideration for your legitimate interests. Please note that only CRIF AG can provide information about which data was used to calculate your credit profile.

 

Conditions: The invoice must be paid within 10 days. The invoice is considered paid on time if the amount due is received in the recipient’s account by the end of the last day of the payment period. If the payment period is not respected and no fixed due date has been agreed, the customer is placed in default through a reminder. In case of default, a default interest of 5% plus reminder fees of CHF 25 will be charged. If the claim remains unpaid even after a second/third reminder, Pharmacies BENU SA reserves the right to assign the claim to third parties or to commission a collection agency, with costs charged to the customer.

 

Debt collection/legal enforcement costs in case of default: The amount of these costs is based on the outstanding claim. CHF 0–150: max. 80.00. CHF 151–600: max. 175.00. CHF 601–1000: max. 230.00. CHF 1000.01–10‘000: max. 860.00. Above CHF 10‘000.01: 9% of the outstanding claim.

 

Transfer of personal data: Your personal data will be transferred, in the context of processing the contract, to the transport company responsible for the delivery or to the relevant financial service provider, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery or payment of the goods.

 

 

As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.

 

When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’sGTC.

 

 

Products can be returned within the framework of our returns policy. Please refer to the information in the "Returns" section.

Orders are checked and packaged according to commercial standards before shipping. Risk and liability for the contractual products pass to the buyer upon handover to the shipping service.

 

 

The customer data collected during your order is stored electronically. The data is subject to statutory data protection regulations and is used for internal purposes only.

 

 

The provisions of Swiss law apply. The place of jurisdiction for all claims in connection with your order is the registered office of Pharmacies BENU SA.

 

 

For the sale of the specified items, solely the T&C in their version valid at the time of the respective contract conclusion apply. Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Furthermore, Pharmacies BENU SA reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
