Ingredients

35% valerian root, 20% lemon balm leaves, 15% passionflower herb, 15% peppermint leaves, 5% anise, 5% rosemary leaves, 5% licorice root.

Usage

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should drink 2 to 3 cups of tea (1-2 filter bags) before bedtime. To prepare, steep the bag in approximately 150 ml of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Afterward, remove the bag and sweeten the tea to taste, but only after removing the tea bag.
