Ingredients

BOOST Tablet: Magnesium citrate, extract from the root of Rhodiola rosea, Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), coating agent (E 1420, talc, glycerin), separating agent (HPC), binding agent (magnesium stearate).

SLEEP Tablet: Magnesium citrate, extracts of the aerial parts of the following plants: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica), woodruff (Galium odoratum), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), coating agent (E 1420, talc, glycerin), separating agent (HPC), binding agent (magnesium stearate).

Usage

The product is intended for adults and is not recommended for children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women. In the morning, one PHARMALP BOOST tablet and in the evening one PHARMALP SLEEP tablet should be taken with a glass of water. This usage can be repeated every 10 days.
