Usage
The preparation of Aptamil BIO 1 involves several steps. First, your hands and bottle should be thoroughly cleaned. It is recommended to cool some fresh drinking water to 40 °C and pour it into the bottle. Measure the required powder with the provided scoop and add it to the bottle. Then, close the bottle tightly and shake it well. Before use, test the drinking temperature (wrist test). Feeding varies depending on the age of the baby, with approximately 70 ml per bottle recommended in the first week.
