Ingredients
Organic rice flour 45%, organic barley flour 18%, organic millet flour 15%, organic rye flour 7% (CH), organic spelt flour 5% (CH), organic oat flour 5%, organic corn flour 5%, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extracts), vitamin B1.
Usage
Preparing Bio-7 is very simple. You can either prepare it as porridge or add it directly to the baby bottle. The flexibility allows for combinations with various liquids:
Porridge with infant or follow-on milk:
- Boil 100 ml of water
- Let it cool to approx. 45°C
- Mix 7 scoops of Bio-7 with 3 scoops of milk powder
Porridge with cow's milk (earliest after 12 months):
- 120 ml of warm cow's milk
- Add 7 scoops of Bio-7 and stir well
Homemade porridge:
- Add 3-4 scoops of Bio-7.
Tip: Adding Bio-7 also makes vegetable or fruit meals more filling. When preparing in a baby bottle, it is advisable to change the teat beforehand to ensure optimal consistency.
