Die stabile Daumengelenkorthese dient der erhöhten Ruhigstellung und Stabilisierung des Daumens und des Daumengelenks. Durch die anatomisch vorgeformten Stützstäbe und spezielle Formgebung der Orthese wird eine optimale Stabilisierung des Daumengelenks (Sattel- und Grundgelenk) und des Handgelenks mittels Fixierung ermöglicht, welche schmerzauslösende Bewegungen verhindert.
