Usage

The toothpaste should be used at the main brushing times. For immediate pain relief, it is recommended to apply the toothpaste up to twice a day directly onto the sensitive tooth with your fingertip, massaging gently for one minute. For children under 12 years, fingertip application should be avoided. In this case, apply the toothpaste to a soft toothbrush and brush the teeth twice a day as well. For children up to 6 years, only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste should be used, and dental care should always be supervised.
