Application
To use the FITTYDENT adhesive inserts, first clean your dentures thoroughly. Cut a piece of the insert to the appropriate size and remove the protective films from both sides. Place the insert on the inside of the denture and press lightly for a good hold. Trim any excess parts and insert the denture as usual. To ensure the best hold, avoid eating or drinking for 15 minutes after the denture is applied.
