Application

1. Open the plastic socks along the marked line.
2. Put on the socks and seal them with the adhesive strip. For better hold, you can wear regular socks over the Footner socks.
3. Wear the socks for 60 minutes in an upright position.
4. After use, wash the feet with warm water to remove the remaining gel.
5. After 5-7 days, the callus will begin to detach. It is recommended not to remove the skin mechanically. Allow at least four weeks between applications.
