Usage
1-2 times a day, stir one level scoop of OMNi-BiOTiC Aktiv (2 g) into a glass of water (about 125 ml). After an activation time of 1 minute, stir again and drink. It is recommended to take it before breakfast and/or before dinner on as empty a stomach as possible.
