To adjust the SoluBrux mouthguard, immerse it in hot water for 15 seconds. The material becomes soft and moldable. Then, take the mouthguard into your mouth and bite down firmly so that your upper teeth imprint into the mouthguard and leave an individual shape. After adjustment, the mouthguard should be cooled in cold water to fix the shape.
