Propriétés
Pansement acrylate transparent. Par l'absorption de sécrétions, la compresse acrylique se transforme en un gel transparent. On peut à tout moment contrôler l'état de la plaie sans devoir retirer le pansement. En cas de plaies légèrement exsudatives, ulcères de jambe, escarres, éra ures, brûlures de degré IIa, sites donneurs de greffe cutanée, en pansement de recouvrement sur des produits de remplissage des plaies.
