Ingredients
Corn starch, colony-forming lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus gasseri LA 806, Lactobacillus helveticus LA 401), plant capsule, thickener: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
Usage
It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water before meals. In case of antibiotic treatments, 2 capsules per day should be taken, with a gap of 2 hours from antibiotics. For optimal support of the vaginal microbiome, taking 2 capsules per day for 10 days is advisable, followed by 1 capsule per day for the next 10 days.
