Ingredients

Vegetable powder blend 33% (nettle 18%, ginger, bay leaf, long and black pepper), fruit and vegetable preserve, seasoned and fermented 30% (dates, iron fumarate, Aronia, nettle 4%, pine nuts, ginger, turmeric 3%, salt), capsule: (cellulose (HPMC), colorings: iron oxides); fruit powder blend 12% (acerola, Aronia, Amla), turmeric extract 5%, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; copper gluconate.

Application

It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, one hour before or after meals, with sufficient liquid. Alternatively, 2 capsules can be taken in the evening before bedtime.
