Ingredients

Usage

The lid of the container doubles as a closure and a practical measuring spoon. On the lid, you will find two marking lines that help you measure the correct amount. When the lid is filled to the outer mark, it corresponds to one tablespoon; to the inner mark, it corresponds to one teaspoon.

• inner mark = 1 teaspoon

Jentschura MeineBase can be used in many ways:

• Full Bath: For a full bath, use the equivalent of three lids or three tablespoons. The recommended water temperature is 37 to 38 °C with a bathing duration of at least 30 minutes.
• Foot Bath: For a foot bath in a bowl, use half a lid or a teaspoon at a water temperature of 38 to 41 °C with a minimum bathing time of 30 minutes.
• Hand Bath: For a hand bath, you need half a lid or a teaspoon.
• Peeling: Mix AlcaBain with AlcaDouche (ratio 2:1) and rub the mixture onto the body.
• Steam Bath: After sweating for five minutes, apply AlcaBain and continue sweating, followed by rinsing off.
• Inhalation: Dissolve half a lid or a teaspoon in a bowl with a liter of boiling water.
• Deodorant: Mix a pinch of AlcaBain with water and apply the mixture to the armpits.
• Dental Hygiene: Dissolve AlcaBain in water, dip your toothbrush, and brush your teeth as usual.
• Massage: Mix a quality massage oil with AlcaBain for a gentle body massage.
