Ingredients

Usage

Adults and children over 6 years: For gut flora, take 1 capsule daily for a period of 1 month, preferably before a meal with a glass of water. The intake can be repeated if necessary. When traveling, it is recommended to take 1 capsule at the beginning and then 1 capsule throughout the entire stay. If necessary, the dosage may be increased to 3 capsules per day for 3 days, followed by 1 capsule daily for the remaining month. Children between 3 and 6 years can open the capsule and take the contents in liquid. Suitable for pregnant women.
