Ingredients

Lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus helveticus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus); coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; separating agent: magnesium stearate; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; maltodextrin. Gluten-free and lactose-free. May contain traces of soy.

Usage

Adults and children over 6 years: take 1 capsule per day for 10 consecutive days per month for 3 months. Take with a glass of water. If needed: 3 capsules per day for 3 days, then 1 capsule per day for the rest of the month. For children aged 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule per day, either whole or opened in a liquid. Suitable for pregnant women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
