Application
Before applying the patch, hands should be thoroughly washed. The affected area must be clean and dry, without any residue of creams, to ensure optimal adhesion. Open the protective wrapping and pull the patch out by lifting the opposite edge. Place half of the patch on the cold sore and press the other half against the skin to ensure the patch adheres well. Wear the patch until it detaches itself and repeat the application until the blister is healed.
