Usage
For energy-rich drinks, add 40-80 g per liter. The application can vary according to needs: mix 4-5 scoops plus 1 teaspoon of salt in 750 ml of water. If necessary, take 4 x 1 portion per day, after main meals and before bedtime. Add 1 portion after physical exertion.
