Application

The STOP HEMO cotton can be applied for nosebleeds, cuts and scrapes, as well as mouth bleeding. For nosebleeds: Lean forward to remove blood clots. Roll the cotton into a compact piece and insert it into the nostril. Pinch both nostrils together for 10 minutes. For wounds, clean the affected area and place the cotton on the wound. Remove it as soon as the bleeding has stopped or leave it in place for up to 24 hours to promote healing. The cotton should only be moistened with a 0.9% NaCl solution.
