Ingredients

Extra virgin olive oil (32 %), fish gelatine, iron gluconate (iron), coconut fat, glycerin, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), dried herb mixture extract (6.5 %) from spinach leaf, nettle leaf, fennel fruit, carrot root, centaury herb, yellow beeswax, nicotinamide (niacin), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), iron oxides and hydroxides, pteroic acid (folic acid), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

Application

Take 1 capsule daily at least 30 minutes before a meal (ideally at breakfast) with sufficient liquid. One capsule covers the daily iron requirement.
